Alex Chau started out his career in banking at the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC Bank), the oldest established bank in Singapore and the second largest financial services group in the Southeast Asia region.
At OCBC, he worked in both the Investment Banking and Corporate Banking departments covering the Singapore and Vietnam markets respectively. During his tenure at the Development Bank of Japan in both Singapore and Vietnam, Alex worked within the fields of M&A and private equity. In addition, Alex is an experienced entrepreneur who has run a management consulting firm in Vietnam.
Alex joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2020 to head the Vietnam market (CFI Singapore, Vietnam) and focus on cross-border M&A advisory.
