Confidas People has been acquired by LCap Group

Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Confidas People on its sale to LCap Group.

Confidas People is an independent specialist Management Due Diligence (MDD) Consultancy. It provides team assessment, extensive referencing and due diligence to support private equity and venture capital investors.

Established in 2003 and headquartered in London, LCap is a Leadership Advisory & Analytics firm, focused on maximising impact of both the individual and the leadership team of high growth businesses. The company has earned a strong reputation in the private equity sector, boasting an extensive client base of reputable funds.

The LCap Group has made a significant investment in leading management due diligence provider Confidas People. The investment advances The LCap Group’s M&A strategy, further strengthening its leadership consulting solutions across the investment lifecycle. It also reinforces LCap’s belief that management teams are both a critical risk factor and a key value driver.
