WSP Global has sold WSP Infrastructure Engineering GmbH to Arcadis

Zürich – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to WSP Global on the sale of its German railway infrastructure engineering business WSP Infrastructure Engineering GmbH to Arcadis.

WSP Infrastructure Engineering GmbH employs 160 people in Germany and specializes in railway infrastructure, signaling technology, structural engineering, and software development
